In order to receive our Newsletter we need your email address. We also ask you for your name in order to personalize the newsletter. Orange Alert will not disclose your email or any personal information to any third party without your consent.
ANTI-SPAM
Orange Alert does not buy, rent, or sell email addresses. Every email sent includes links to unsubscribe, allowing users to automatically and immediately remove themselves from our subscription list.
UNSUBSCRIBE
Users may automatically opt-out of receiving the Orange Alert Newsletter by going directly to the unsubscribe link at the footer on all emails sent. We will action this immediately.

CONTESTS AND SURVEYS
Orange Alert may request information from users via contests and surveys. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose any information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and email) and other information. Orange Alert reserves the right to publish all information submitted for the contests and giveaways on its website. We will keep the user details anonymous if they are published.

Orange Alert uses IP addresses and email addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
SHARING
