1. Brighten Up: Chicago's electro-pop outfit Brighten Up just released their latest ep Dystopian Utopia for free here.
2. Faux Pas: This Australian electronic producer just released his latest ep, Waterfalls, for free. His sounds are based in '80's synth pop, but with each melodies he pushed beyond to a whole new atmosphere.
3. Waking Lights: This is an indie rock band from New Jersey who recently self-released their ep Songs for Jo. Listen to: Ice Cream & Vicodin (mp3)

Reading:
1. Peanuts and the Amazing Gro-Beast by Chris Bower: There are actually a bunch of great new mini's that were posted this week. Check them all out.
2. To John Lithgow as Roberta Muldoon in The World According to Garp (1982) by Philip Estes: This seems fitting in light of all the A-Rod nonsense floating around.
3. Four Poems by Michael Sikkema: Sometimes less is more.
4. The Color of the Sun by Jeremy LoCurto: There are always other forces at play.
5. My Life by Jack Christian: Jack describes his surroundings.
6. Three Drinks by Jamie Iredell: Jamie Iredell is redefining flash fiction.
7. A David Foster Wallace Valentine by Mick Stingley: Very funny and extremely well done.

Wishing:
